Billing questions
What counts as a scan?+
Every successful barcode read in the app counts as one scan. Manual +1 / −1 taps and typed quantities do not.
What happens if I hit my scan limit?+
Scanning pauses until your next billing period, or you can upgrade instantly. You get a warning at 80%.
What is batch picking?+
Batch picking combines several orders into one pick list sorted by SKU, so staff walk the warehouse once instead of once per order. Starter packs one order at a time; Growth batches up to 20 orders and Pro up to 50.
What if I have more locations than my plan includes?+
Your default location is always included, plus the next locations up to your plan limit. Other locations stay untouched in Shopify, and you can upgrade any time to count and update them too.
What does history mean?+
How far back you can see count sessions, pick lists and packed orders in the app. Starter keeps 30 days, Growth a year, and Pro and Enterprise keep everything.
What counts as a packed order?+
An order counts once it is fully packed and marked done in the app. Picking, skipping or cancelling a pick list does not use your order allowance.
How big can a stock CSV be?+
Each import can include up to your plan's row limit. Files are processed in the background, and you can download a report of any SKUs or barcodes that were not found.
How am I billed?+
Through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice every 30 days.
Can I change plans?+
Yes - switch plans any time from Plans & Billing inside the app. Changes apply immediately.
